Patient and Provider Experience Survey

There is a lack of data about the experience of minority cardiovascular patients - especially by subgroup - which limits the improvements in quality of care. The patient and provider perspectives are vital to understanding barriers and facilitators for improving minority cardiovascular health.

 

The NMC Alliance is fielded a brief exploratory survey to better understand the challenges faced by minority patients in managing their heart health.
