WHO WE ARE
Make Well Known Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization focused on supporting the health of minority and underserved communities. We collaborate with a range of not-for-profit, government and commercial institutions to activate solution-oriented initiatives that reach into at-risk communities and empower people to cultivate better health.
OUR CURRENT FOCUS

The National Minority Health (NMH) Alliance,
founded as a major initiative of
the Make Well Known Foundation, creating a unified voice in support of minority patients in cardiovascular health.

The National Minority Health Alliance brings together a group of nationally renowned thought-leaders to develop a novel action agenda focused on urgently addressing the cardiovascular health within minority populations.
